In a fast-paced, continually shifting environment, resilience to change is often the single most important factor that distinguishes the one who succeeds from the one who fails. In order to build students who have the ability to thrive on change, they must develop the capacity to experiment and eventually learn to create new vistas of knowledge from their own learning. Rayat-Bahra has taken a resolve to facilitate learning through participation and encourage students to venture into uncharted waters. As such, we encourage our students to innovate learning in equal quantum from their successes and failures.
